What We Do

WomenPlusGirls pairs high school girls with inspiring women. Pairings are curated based on mentee interest and mentor experience. Once a match is made, WPG helps facilitate an introductory meeting, and then encourages the mentorship to take an organic path. Each pairing is different and there are endless possibilities for making the program meaningful for everyone involved.    

WPG hosts various events including bi-annual fireside chats, which allow our mentees to meet, learn from, and network with other mentors. We also connect mentees with additional enriching opportunities such as academic programs and youth conferences.
